The platform arrives at a pivotal moment for the industry, with recent policy changes in key study destinations shining a light on agent quality, and ICEF’s latest annual survey of education agents, ICEF Agent Voice, highlighting high demand for support, with 86% of agents seeking more training from partner institutions.
