  Publisher : Bernice   26 November 2025 12:51

A smooth admissions process is essential for adult students and the agents who support them.
At Windsor English - a British Council-accredited, adult-only school with a flawless 5-star Google rating - we keep admissions simple, fast and transparent. Agents receive clear information, quick decisions and consistent communication from the start.

What agents can expect

Rolling start dates

Learners can begin any week of the year, aside from one week at Easter and two at Christmas (which are not charged). This flexibility suits adults with changing work schedules or travel plans.

Quick placement decisions

A short placement test and brief spoken check allow us to confirm the correct level quickly. We respond to admissions enquiries promptly so agents and students know exactly where things stand.

Straightforward documentation

We provide clean, accurate paperwork:

  • acceptance emails
  • administrative invoices
  • clear payment instructions
  • visa support letters where required

Documentation is concise and easy to pass on.

Professional communication

Agents receive polite, timely updates. We confirm key details early and keep the process efficient and uncomplicated.

Visa support when needed

For students requiring a visa-supporting letter, we prepare documents promptly and accurately.

  • Fee: £125 (non-refundable)
  • We do not provide immigration advice, but all school-related documentation is clear and complete.

As a British Council-accredited school, we maintain high standards of record-keeping and communication.
