Our TEFL course gives you practical training in lesson planning, classroom management, teaching methods, and supporting English language learners. Most importantly, it includes teaching practice, so you can build real classroom experience before starting your teaching journey.

We offer two study options, and both lead to the same UCT-accredited TEFL certificate.

Full-Time TEFL Course

The Full-Time TEFL course is ideal if you want a focused, face-to-face learning experience in Cape Town. It runs over four weeks, Monday to Friday, and allows you to complete your qualification quickly with direct support from experienced trainers.

Blended TEFL Course

The Blended TEFL course is perfect if you need more flexibility. It runs over eight weeks, with the first part completed online in your own time, followed by one week of in-person teaching practice in Cape Town.

Upcoming October Blended Course

Our next Blended TEFL course runs from 7 September to 30 October 2026, with teaching practice from 26 to 30 October 2026. Applications close on 24 August 2026.

Both the Full-Time and Blended TEFL courses cost R19,500, including tuition, assessment, and certification.
