Updating your current website, or rebuilding a new one from scratch involves a lot of decisions for any company. Our recommendation is that you always include your team when making such decisions, mainly because your team are the customer-facing employees and they are also the ones dealing with and updating the current website on a daily basis. They probably use the site more than you, as the owner of the business. Therefore, it is important that you involve them in the project.
