Introducing Londonist North Lodge Residence

  Publisher : Bernice   20 June 2022 00:00

The applications for higher education in the UK are rising both from domestic and international students. It has contributed to a growing demand for student accommodation, and we are responsive to this development. We are delighted to announce the addition of Londonist North Lodge to the list of our student accommodations.

This expands our capacity to cater to the accommodation needs of students and provides us with the unique opportunity to make them feel at home away from home. A total of 260 rooms will be available at the Londonist North Lodge residence, and the room types include ensuite, premium ensuite, and classic ensuite. All rooms are now available for both short and long-term duration.

The residence is two minutes from Tottenham Hale Underground station, in London Zone 3, and less than 15 minutes commute to central London. It is an ideal location for those studying at the University of the Arts, SOAS, UCL, the University of Westminster, King’s College London, City University London, or London Metropolitan University. All rooms at the residence are equipped with a private bathroom, storage space, and a study desk. Students share facilities such as kitchens and lounges. There is also a large outdoor courtyard, a communal common room with a TV and sofas, and a free pool table available at the residence.

It is an excellent environment for students to live, socialise and foster strong friendships. This story started with 30 rooms in 2013, and we are just scratching the surface of the immense possibilities in the PBSA (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation) sector. Our total room count has risen to over 1300 in London, and we are delighted with the incredible growth we’ve experienced. This feat won’t have been achieved without the support of our numerous students and partners. A massive thanks to everyone that has helped us along the way. Here’s to more rooms, residences, and successes!
