Intrinsiq prepares for an upcoming Seminar in Ireland with MEI and Schools & Agents

  Publisher : Bernice   30 March 2022 00:00

Intrinsiq and Schools & Agents will be together in Dublin from the 11th to the 13th April delivering interactive workshops to Irish Schools who form part of the MEI organisation. In today’s article we are going to focus on this trip and on the content of the workshop that Mark and Jonas from Intrinsiq will be delivering.

Contents of the Workshop

In this interactive workshop, the team at Intrinsiq will be discussing the following areas:

1) Why is automation increasingly important for international schools?

2) How can automation be introduced without losing the human touch and relationships with agents and students?

3) What areas can easily be improved within school operations?

4) How can systems be linked together to achieve quick automation?

Workshop Goals

The goal of this interactive workshop will be to help participants to understand

- What is possible with modern technology;

- To begin thinking of ways in which automation could help.

This means that through these workshop goals, Intrinsiq will be introducing the thinking process involved when using automation in order to improve the operations of a school, while still ensuring that customer service does not feel automated or impersonal.

The Development Session of the Workshop will be split into topics

The Development session of the workshop will be split into topics, and each topic will target a specific area of the school operations, including an introduction to the overall topic of automation and what is included. The overall goal of this workshop is to assist staff to think in terms of automation and efficient processes rather than focus on specific details related to specific solutions.

The Workshop will be interactive and personalised

From our end we are aiming for an interactive workshop because, apart from sharing examples of best practice, we also want to take this opportunity to answer questions from the audience and have one-on-one time with the participants to focus on their specific situations. Like we always say, each school is different, so we are certainly planning on spending time with schools individually to focus on their specific needs, and to answer their particular questions.

We are proud to be working with these industry organisations:
