On previous occasions you’ve heard us say that with Intrinsiq everything is possible at just the simple click of a button. In today’s article we are going to focus on how different teams within the school system can stay up to date and be able to view all the important details related to their specific department from one home tab.

The Academics Department

Intrinsiq provides an academics dashboard to allow the academics team to see important details from their home tab. This can be filtered by Centre and Course Type, however, if the school would like these tabs to be customized, Intrinsiq can also make that happen. 

The different criteria in which the Academics dashboard is divided includes:

1. Attendance Monitoring
2. Classing
3. Upcoming Intakes
4. Upcoming Private lessons

The Accommodation Department

Intrinsiq provides an accommodation dashboard to allow the accommodations team to see important details from their home tab. This can be filtered by Centre, however, if the school would like these tabs to be customized, Intrinsiq can also make that happen. 

The Accommodation Dashboard covers all the most important areas that the accommodation team has to deal with on a daily basis. These include:

1. Accommodation By Status - such as host family applications; a list of families that need to be visited or checked; info on host family visits bookings, pending info (if for example, certain host families have missing information), as well as a list of active and inactive host families.
2. Students - this tab includes information on student bookings such as, whether or not the student has been placed in accommodation, arrival day and time, a list of students arriving over a 7-day period (which is ideal for planning purposes), as well as a list of students leaving over a 7-day period.
3. Transfers - for example transfers that still need booking; or transfers which are awaiting confirmation; and information on student flight details.
4. Accommodation - this includes information on accommodation licenses and when they expire.

The Accounting Department

The Accounts/Admin dashboard offers a timeline for every student from the time of application to confirmation. It also gives info on whether the student needs a visa, or whether this particular student is still pending payments.
