One of the things we offer is a help guide where customers can find answers to most functions that the Intrinsiq system has to offer - the guide is constantly being updated as we add on new functions.
In addition to the above, we also share weekly ‘How to’ content to raise awareness on certain functions of Intrinsiq and how to use it best.
We also have a support portal where customers can raise any issues and a member of our development team will be able to follow up and resolve the issue.
Another way in which clients can reach us once their system is launched is our online meeting booking system, where clients can see available dates and time and choose a catch-up meeting to solve any specific issues, or if they need one, a refresher on certain aspects of the system.
Through these ways of staying in touch with clients we make sure we stay on top of our game by keeping abreast with technology changes and make sure that our system advances with the times.
We are also expanding our customer relationship team to better cater for all our clients’ needs and to reach out to them when new upgrades or functions that they might benefit from are available.
