Two Ways to Book a Room for Extra Curriculars or Events

Option 1:

1. Navigate to Academics > Rooms > Room Bookings
2. Select a room from the dropdown menu
3. Enter the reason for booking (e.g., Software Demo)
4. Choose the time slots needed
5. Click Add Booking

Option 2:

1. Go to Academics > Academic Settings > Classrooms
2. Select the required classroom
3. Under the Room Booking tab, click Add
4. Enter the date, reason, and hours (system saves automatically)

Plan Ahead and Reserve Rooms Well in Advance

With Intrinsiq, you can book classrooms as far in advance as needed, ensuring that the right spaces are available when you need them. This helps academic teams organize schedules efficiently and avoid last-minute room shortages.
