IALC Schools: Discover the Art of Tattooing with Linguaviva’s New Programme in Florence

Linguaviva School in Florence is excited to announce an innovative new programme that combines Italian language learning with the fundamentals of tattooing. This unique course, developed in collaboration with the renowned Noa Ink Tattoo Studio, offers participants an immersive experience in both cultural and artistic education.

Programme Highlights

• Starting Dates: January 20th and July 14th, 2025

• Duration: 2 weeks (with an optional third week)

• Language Level: Available for all levels including beginners

• Participants: Limited to 5-10 students

Italian Language Classes

The programme includes 20 Italian language lessons per week, focusing on developing communicative skills in speaking and writing. Classes are held every morning, providing a deep dive into the Italian language and culture, enhancing the overall learning experience.

Tattooing Classes

Participants will engage in 20 hours of tattooing classes, held three times a week in the afternoons at a real tattoo studio. The curriculum covers:

• Introduction to tattoo materials, tools, and history

• Techniques and styles, from traditional to modern

• Practical exercises on synthetic skin, including line work, shading, and color application

• Anatomy of the body and tattoo positioning

Extra Week (Optional)

For those opting for the third week, there will be an opportunity to create a full tattoo on a realistic artificial limb, providing hands-on experience in a controlled, professional environment.

Fees

• 2-week programme: €2,700

• Optional third week: €1,350
