Thom Kiddle, Chair of the Eaquals Board of Trustees, had the opportunity to visit the Foreign Languages and English Prep School at Eastern Mediterranean University in Northern Cyprus, and to congratulate the team on their recent Eaquals Accreditation. They discussed the value of the Eaquals self-assessment and external inspection process in allowing the EMU teams to evidence the quality in their organisation, and to create a great team ethos among all EMU staff in working together to gain the accreditation. Congratulations to all the team at EMU!

Eaquals Online 2023 : Call for Speakers

This year, the much-anticipated two-day Eaquals Online event will be held from 6th to 7th October.

In preparation for the event, this month Eaquals gave its members the opportunity to present at this event in front of a global audience.

This year's theme is 'Innovation in Language Teaching' and will be focusing on three contemporary strands which are shaping the language industry. These include:

• Strand 1: Best Practice in Teaching & Learning
• Strand 2: The current & future role of AI in education
• Strand 3: Sustainability & Climate Impact
