User-generated content (UCG), particularly testimonials, can really enhance your content creation efforts, especially during those challenging moments when you’re struggling for fresh ideas. By utilising positive experiences from satisfied students or clients, you can produce authentic content that your audience will love.
The first step is identifying people who have had positive experiences with your services. These could be happy students, satisfied employees, pleased service providers, or clients with whom you’ve built a strong relationship. Anyone who has benefited from your services and is willing to share their experience can provide valuable testimonial content.
First make sure to check if people would be comfortable providing a video testimonial. Then, when you get the go-ahead, ask them to simply record a short, two-minute video clip on their smartphone, where they discuss their experience with your services. These unscripted testimonials often carry more weight than polished marketing materials.
