At Webster Geneva Campus, we take great care to ensure that students feel settled and supported from the moment they arrive. The Housing Office is at the heart of this effort, helping to create a warm, inclusive and safe environment — a true home away from home for our international community.
The team assists students with every step of the accommodation process, from choosing the right residence to understanding housing policies and completing the necessary paperwork. Beyond accommodation, the Housing Office also helps with practical matters such as health insurance, residence permits, and liaising with Geneva’s local authorities. For students who may need personal guidance or support, the team is always available to listen and offer advice.
Most new undergraduate students begin their Webster experience at the Living and Learning Center (LLC) in Bellevue, located directly on campus. The residence is designed to bring together first-year students in a welcoming and community-focused setting.
Rooms at the LLC are bright and comfortable, many with views of Lake Geneva, the Alps, or the campus park. Living here includes a mandatory room and board plan, giving students a 10% discount on meals in the campus restaurant — a convenient way to enjoy healthy, freshly prepared food while getting to know other students.
As students progress through their degree, they can choose from a selection of off-campus residences that offer more independence while still being part of the Webster community. Options include Les Berges, Les Savoises, and Riant-Parc, which cater to returning undergraduates, study abroad students, and graduate students.
All of these residences are well connected to the campus and Geneva city centre, making it easy for students to balance academic commitments with everything the city has to offer.
Webster’s approach to residential life is hands-on and personal. The live-in Assistant Resident Coordinators and Facilities team work closely with the Housing Office to ensure that students receive prompt assistance with any maintenance issues. This close cooperation helps keep living spaces in excellent condition and ensures that students can focus on their studies and personal growth in a comfortable environment.
A number of documents and forms are available to support students during their stay, including:
Cancellation Charges
Off-Campus Housing Guide
On-Campus Housing Guide
Housing Policy Booklet
Housing Application Forms (LLC and Off-Campus)
Les Berges Rental Agreement
Request for Termination of Housing
Agents or students can contact Housing Coordinator Selina Bru in the Residential Life Office for copies of these documents or for personalised assistance.
