Marking another milestone in its expansion, Trine University has reported remarkable semester enrollment figures across all its locations and platforms. The official headcount reveals 13,513 students have enrolled for spring 2025, representing a 5% increase from the previous year’s 12,891 students.
The Brooks College of Health Professions in Fort Wayne achieved the highest enrollment increase this year, bolstered by the recent opening of a state-of-the-art $42.5 million facility. This 110,000-square-foot complex, strategically located near Parkview Regional Medical Center, was opened last fall to specifically serve Trine University’s growing healthcare education offerings. There has also been substantial growth in multiple areas, including increased enrollment at Trine’s main Angola campus and expanding dual enrollment programmes.
Trine University's dedication to student success continues to yield impressive results. The Class of 2024 achieved a remarkable 99.1% career placement rate within six months of graduation, maintaining the university’s 12-year streak of over 99% placement rates. This consistent track record of student success has become a powerful catalyst for attracting new alumni.
This growth reflects Trine’s success in providing accessible, high-quality education options for all students. Trine University President, Earl D. Brooks II, Ph.D., attributes this success to their strategic approach: “Trine University not only creates degree programmes that meet community needs while providing well-paying employment opportunities for our graduates, we also invest in the infrastructure to provide a high-quality education for the growing number of students in those areas.”
