Demand for short English language programmes for school groups continues to grow. In response, St Andrews College Language Schools is expanding its Mini-Stay ELT programmes for the 2026–2027 academic year.

To support this growth, a dedicated Mini-Stays Operations Team has been created, led by Rosario Russo, recently appointed Mini-Stay Operations Manager. The team will focus on supporting partner schools and agents and ensuring a smooth experience for visiting groups.

Flexible English Programmes for School Groups

Running from September to June, the programmes combine English lessons with cultural experiences across the UK.

Courses can run from four days to four weeks or longer, with students receiving 15–20 hours of English tuition per week. Programmes also include excursions, sightseeing and social activities, helping students practise English in real-life situations.

Mini-Stay programmes are delivered at six campuses across England and Scotland:

• University of Essex
• Goldsmiths, University of London
• University of Greenwich
• Cobham Hall School
• Newbattle Abbey College
• City of Glasgow College

These programmes are ideal for autumn school trips, spring study tours and pre-summer cultural programmes.

Bookings for the 2026–2027 season are now open, with high demand expected for autumn and spring dates.
