This summer, more than ever, the school is bursting with life! The reason? Our extensive and fun programme of cultural activities, designed so that our students not only improve their Spanish, but also immerse themselves in Spanish culture... and have a great time while doing it!

A summer to discover, savour and celebrate

At Hispania we believe that learning goes beyond the classroom. That's why every week we organise cultural activities that allow you to get to know the best of Valencia. We start by exploring the charms of the city with guided tours of the old town. And, of course, there's no shortage of tapas tours, where we share laughs, languages and flavours!

Together we visit the impressive City of Arts and Sciences, one of the most important cultural complexes in Europe, laugh at the theatre and feel the passion of football on tours of the Mestalla stadium, home of Valencia CF.

And because we are in Valencia... we also learn to savour its essence! We organise sangria and Agua de Valencia workshops, and we snack like true Valencians with a good horchata with fartons.

Summer highlights

Summer at Hispania is full of magical moments, but there are two dates that all our students look forward to:

- The night of San Juan (23rd June): We celebrate this magical festival on the beach, surrounded by bonfires, music and a good atmosphere. We jump the waves, make wishes to the fire and dance under the stars. 

- La Tomatina (end of August): Yes, we also go to Buñol! Taking part in this internationally renowned festival, where the town turns red with laughter, water and tons of tomatoes, is one of the most exciting adventures of the summer.
