One of the first science classes students take is Botany. Even though the tomatoes, basil, peppers, eggplant, and sunflowers continue to produce, the Besant Hill Botany class has begun planning for fall and winter in the school garden. Botany Students researched what to plant and created a vegetable planting guide for some of the crops they like to eat and do well on campus and in other parts of Southern California.
