How it Works - Surveys and Feedback Forms Part 2

  Publisher : Bernice   16 April 2025 07:13

In our last article, we explored how Intrinsiq makes it easy for schools to create student surveys. But setting up a survey is just the first step—analysing the results is where the real insights come to life. In this follow-up, we’ll show you how to access and interpret survey responses within Intrinsiq, helping you turn student feedback into meaningful improvements for your school. Let’s dive in!

Sending out Surveys

Step 1: Go to Student List (either from the Dashboards or run a specific search)

Step 2: Select All and click ‘Email’ > ‘Dynamic Email’

Step 3: Choose Survey Email Template, from list.

Step 4: The template will auto-generate a unique link for each recipient.

Step 5: Make any necessary edits to the email text.

Step 6: Click send.

Collecting Responses

Step 7: Go to Academics>Survey Results

Step 8: Fill in necessary criteria (Nationality, Centre, Dates etc.)

Step 9: Choose Survey from the dropdown list. And click ‘Run Report’

Step 10: Results are displayed segmented by department. Click on the department to see result breakdown for each question related to the department chosen.

Tip 1: Negative responses are highlighted on the department dashboard to ensure that they are handled in a timely manner.

Tip 2: Instead of emails, you can push Surveys to the student portal. Only once the student has filled in and submitted the survey can they access the actual portal, increasing your result rate.
