  Publisher : Bernice   21 April 2025 06:32

FELTOM is pleased to share an important update following their Annual General Meeting, held on 26th March 2025.

During this year’s AGM, three Board member seats were up for renewal: Ms Patricia Marshall, Mr Simon Mifsud, and Mr Daniel Mangani. FELTOM is delighted to confirm that all three members have reaffirmed their commitment to the Federation and its mission. As such, the composition of the Board remains unchanged until the next AGM in 2026 — a strong vote of confidence in FELTOM’s current direction and a welcome sign of stability as they continue working towards new opportunities for growth and collaboration.

In line with Clause 6.6 of their Constitution, the newly convened Board held its first meeting on 11th April 2025, during which key roles were confirmed. FELTOM is proud to announce the following appointments:

  • Chair: Mr Karl Farrugia Wismayer
  • Vice Chair: Mr Joseph Aquilina
  • Treasurer: Mr Daniel Mangani
  • Secretary: Mr Simon Mifsud
  • Board Members: Ms Rebecca Bonnici, Ms Patricia Marshall, Mr Ingmar Albig

FELTOM would also like to extend heartfelt thanks to Ms Rebecca Bonnici, who has now concluded her tenure as Chair. Since assuming the role in 2018, Ms Bonnici’s leadership has been marked by resilience, foresight, and unwavering dedication. Her guidance has been instrumental in steering the organisation through a pivotal period of transformation. FELTOM is grateful that her insight and experience will continue to benefit the Federation as she remains an active member of the Board.

As they look ahead, FELTOM remains committed to strengthening their position both locally and internationally, continuing to champion excellence in English language education across Malta.
