The Intrinsiq Process: Stage 7 - Host and Maintain

The next phase in the Intrinsiq process is the hosting and maintenance stage. At this stage in the process, the system itself is up and running, however, that does not mean that our relationship and conversation with the client ends here. On the contrary, we are there for our clients all the time, even post-launch.

Clients can get in touch with us through our ticketing system

We have a ticketing system in place, and clients can get in touch with us whenever they need any help or when they need us to resolve an issue for them. We encourage and let clients know how to reach out to us through our ticketing system to report errors or request minor tweaks.

Clients also have access to a generic help guide

Clients also have access to a generic help guide so that they can try to resolve their issues if they get stuck. However, if that doesn’t work, they can always come back to us and we’ll be there to solve their issues. In fact, we always encourage them to reach out to us should problems come up that they cannot solve quickly.

Sometimes it’s not even an issue to solve, but one to train!

In some cases, clients might think they have an issue or a glitch with the system, however, more often than not, especially when there is a significant turnover of staff at the school, this would simply be a case of the client not really knowing how to use the system efficiently. In that case we are always there to help train new members of staff on how to use Intrinsiq in the most efficient and effective way possible. 

And if it IS an issue, we’ll find a way to resolve it for you!

Sometimes, when clients would have been using the Intrinsiq system for a while, they start to identify needs and requirements that they wouldn’t have thought about earlier on in the process. If that is the case, we can still make things work for you. If the function truly does not exist, as we always mention, we are constantly expanding so if it's not there it can be added. We usually draft up a proposal document with a detailed report on how the function will work and what the costs are. Once signed off and agreed upon, we start to work on the function to be added to their core system.
