For us, this stage is the most important one of them all. Given the nature of our custom-made software, the system will grow together with the clients’ needs over time. Therefore, some clients reach out to us when they need to add some new functions to the system, other clients reach out to us whenever they are introducing new processes into their company in order to see how Intrinsiq can help. Either way, we are always there!

We don’t just meet expectations, we exceed them!

We feel it is our job to keep in regular contact with our customers to ensure that their expectations are not only met, but exceeded. Needs are always changing and new softwares emerge over time. Therefore, Intrinsiq strives to keep abreast with all these new changes and updates. In fact, we always work in the background in order to introduce new functionalities to the Intrinsiq system, which we then communicate to our clients to keep them up to date with all these changes and how they may benefit from them.

If there is an issue, how do we solve it?

Once you purchase a service from Intrinsiq we recommend that you set up a ticketing account with us. This means that you will be able to reach us any time you encounter an issue. Once you set up an account in our Ticket system, you may track the progress of all your outstanding Tickets and submit additional information to our team (including a priority level).

We view our interaction with clients as a relationship!

We view our interaction with clients as a relationship, therefore we feel that our job is not to sell as many systems as possible, but to build a solid relationship with our clients that sees us both growing together in the future. Once we have set up the system we are in it for the long term.
