This year, ICEF wanted to make a bit of a splash and celebrate the role of women within our industry. We sat down with five inspiring women, recognised for the hard work and success across the international education industry. On a special webinar we posted on social media to celebrate International Womens' Day (8 March), Tiffany Egler spoke with Kaitlin Farris from Shorelight, Silvia Diaz Quiepo from Language Kingdom, Lisa Besso from Global Ed Professionals and Maria Castro Blazquez from Linguland Sprachreisen. It was a real celebration of some of the leading women's voices from our community and shone a light on the experiences which shaped them throughout their careers.
