Like most people in our industry we'll be taking a short break this week to spend some well-deserved time with our nearest and dearest. We won't be as active on our social media, though we might still be posting some updates to show you what we're up to from time to time, and in terms on content that's regularly uploaded on to our website, we will resume with that today week.

We hope you also take this time to rest, unwind and recharge your batteries so that we all hit the ground running come Monday.

We have lots to tell you come the new year, so definitely stay tuned for some important 2023 announcements :)

For the time being, we'd just like to take this opportunity to wish you all a lovely time and all the very best for the final week of 2022.

A year in review

This year started off with the industry questioning whether things were every going to get back to normal. We remember having conversations with industry friends and partners at a conference we attended back in May, the first face-to-face event we attended since the pandemic nonetheless, where lots of people used the phrase "cautiously hopeful" to describe how they were feeling.

Finally things moved

That hope finally became a reality after two long years, and the industry started getting back on its feet in summer 2022. This couldn't make us happier, and meeting partners once again after the summer in November really proved that things had started moving once again.

What will 2023 bring?

I don't have a crystal ball (and I don't want to have one), but as we come to the end of the year, we can confidently say that things look good. This is one resilient industry we have and we're lucky to have had each other's support throughout 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Despite not knowing what 2023 will bring, we just have one wish for you all, that whatever it is, it's good....for you, for your families, and for our beloved industry.

So let's raise a glass to us all. May this be our best year yet!
