How to optimise your B2B Digital Marketing
Welcome to our next instalment on B2B marketing, our main focus in this article is digital marketing. In this day and age, every business should have a digital presence; one that encompasses a website, SEO, paid promotion and another place your School or Agency is active online. But what can you do to strengthen your B2B digital marketing strategy? Follow these steps and tips below:

Define your target audience

This may sound like a broken record, but in the international education industry one must always identify their target audience. This exercise will affect every other marketing activity in the future, and ensures that your digital material is viewed by your potential leads without wasting resources.

Build a good website

Digital marketing cannot function without an informative and engaging website. Keep in mind that when selling online, there are many key players involved in the customer journey, or the process. A good and fully optimised website is an easy straightforward way to share information about your product or service.

Optimize your digital presence

Having an informative and engaging website is an important step, but it's all for nothing if it is not discoverable. Here is where SEO (search engine optimization) comes in. SEO can be on-page, including everything from image alt-text to meta descriptions and structured data; or it can be off-page and this would include external linking and social sharing. Both these tactics are what helps your business rise at the top of the list, when searching the internet.

Create good content for your blog

A blog is an excellent way to build a strong digital presence. Once you identify the key words you want to use, writing a blog can take you to the next level in terms of digital visibility. When writing a blog it is important to keep your target audience in mind as well as your key words, and it is also important that such key words are inserted into your text in a natural and readable manner.
