NH Australia Launches CRICOS Schools to International Students and Agents

International education agents, ELICOS partners, Government and industry associations joined to celebrate the launch of New Horizons Australia as a CRICOS endorsed provider of technology education to International students.

 

The Grand Openings were held at the Brisbane and Sydney campuses, with a launch scheduled in early 2018 for the Melbourne school.

 

Representatives included Nuala Myatt-Bocarro from Study NSW and Rachel Colaso from Study Brisbane, referring to the investment made by the Australian Government to support International student services.

 

In Sydney, supported by Co-Founder Mark Davis, Ms Myatt-Bocarro officially cut the ribbon opening the Sydney Campus as a CRICOS centre, whilst Councilor Vicki Howard held the honor in Brisbane.

 

Chief Executive Officer, Mark Raven (recently departed CEO from NEAS, Australia’s leading English Language Teaching Quality Assurance Organisation) paid special recognition to New Horizons founders Alan Golombick and Mark Davis who established New Horizons Australia 20 years ago.

 

A toast was also made to acknowledge inaugural University and ELICOS Pathway partners including Southern Cross University, University of Western Sydney, Viva College Australia, Times Academy, Embassy English and Australian Pacific College.

 

New Horizon’s University partners have confirmed that students who complete a New Horizons diploma qualification will receive a 12-month credit towards a range of Bachelor level qualifications.
