Introducing L'Olivo Italiano - a school with a view in the heart of Tuscany

Published on Wednesday, August 2, 2017

Nestled in the picturesque Tuscan countryside, very near to Florence, L’Olivo Italiano promotes the Italian culture and language. We guide our students in a step-by-step discovery of Italy with a program that is both varied and articulated: intensive language classes for either groups or individuals; mini-courses on specific topics; language exchanges; cooking, herbal medicine, and photography workshops; films, literature, music, and theatre; guided  walking tours; cocktails, dinners, tastings, and much more.

Our classes, activities, and cultural events are an opportunity to experience the “real Italy” by immersing yourself in its daily lifestyle in a friendly and informal atmosphere: a chance to learn Italian while experiencing Italy.

THE “MADE IN ITALY CAMPUS”

L’Olivo Italiano offers its students the chance to study and stay in the same location, inside the Antico Spedale del Bigallo building, as in a real “Campus”. A unique and economical solution, in a charming complex of medieval origin, ideal for groups of all ages. From the youngest that can move freely and safely within a protected environment away from the city chaos, to adults who will enjoy the tranquility and charm of this place in the magnificent Tuscan hills, with stunning views of the historic center of Florence, which is only 4 km away.
