IALC launches IALC Online for virtual language courses

Despite these difficult times all IALC-accredited language schools continue to provide world-class tuition and services to suit the needs of language learners across the world.

IALC is pleased to announce the launch of IALC Online, a new specialised online course area for international study travel agencies at www.ialc.org.

For nearly 40 years, IALC has been accrediting independent language centres and the leading Association offers a wide selection of quality schools for any agent worldwide.

Agents that are familiar with the quality assurance provided by IALC accreditation can now use this new section of the IALC website to review all IALC-accredited schools, filter by language and country and to contact and book online language courses.

This current situation inevitably affects all IALC-accredited language schools that focus on the value of in-classroom teaching as well as placing great emphasis on the importance of treating the classroom as a place for cultural and social exchange. However, IALC-accredited language schools are providing daily lessons designed to get students speaking a new language straight away through interactive online classrooms and real life conversations.

From the comfort of their own home, students can learn from up to ten languages including: Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, or our newest accredited language Arabic.

Giorgia Biccelli, IALC President, said: IALC Schools have reacted to this unprecedented situation by adapting and innovating their vast range of course offers, guaranteeing a continuous support to all students and promoting a wide range of courses also to prospective students. IALC is at the forefront of innovation and quality in the language industry. The positive reaction which has been initiated now will be expanded and continued also in the future.

Robin Adams, IALC Vice-President for Marketing added: IALC schools have moved quickly to provide high quality virtual lessons to their students, thereby ensuring that students who either decided to continue their study abroad experiences, or returned home, are able to access our accredited teachers and curriculum.  The feedback has been incredibly positive and we will be exploring how to maintain this dynamic approach to language learning for adults and juniors in the future.

Although IALC schools have moved online, their commitment to offering high quality tuition and a personalized service continues to shine through in their new innovative online courses.  The classroom might have changed, but the excellence remains the same.
