New Course in Aragon Spain

From medieval towns to staggering displays of land art and seemingly endless river trails cutting through the imposing landscape, the Aragon region of Spain offers plenty of avenues for educational exploration, making it the ideal location for the launch of the Marlborough College School of English and Culture’s new course: Open Minds Experiences.

This course, which coincides with the October half term, is open for students aged 12-17 and will offer students fresh approaches to traditional learning, allowing them to deepen their knowledge in a range traditional subjects while exploring the beautifully rugged Sierra de Guara mountains.

Open Minds Experience 2019 will be focussing on ‘Perceptions of Landscape’ using the many resources, natural and otherwise, to challenge students to consider their geographic and temporal perspectives in the face of a new environment and will integrate outdoor adventures such as canyoning and climbing with creative writing, photography, sculpture building and drama workshops.
