Published on Tuesday, June 6, 2017

For more than 20 years the language school Costa de Valencia, located in the city of Valencia (Spain), offers Spanish courses for foreigners – all year long and for all language levels. The school is accredited by the Cervantes Institute, one of the most influential institutes in Spain which is working on disseminating the teaching and the usage of the Spanish language in general.

Spanish is already one of the most important languages of the word, spoken by more than 400 million people worldwide. Indeed the teaching of Spanish as foreign language arouses more and more interest outside of Spain. Social-political and cultural reason for studying Spanish become increasingly relevant.

Therefor the language school Costa de Valencia has devoted itself to not only offer ordinary Spanish courses, but to give their students a unique experience of learning the language. Besides classes the school organizes many extracurricular activities and trips, in which the students can put their Spanish knowledge into practice in a relaxed atmosphere with other learners. Beyond that, the students can immerse in the Spanish culture and lifestyle.

Furthermore the school has decided to use the new multimedia technologies more intensively and recently worked on a project of creating a series of video tutorials. In the videos teachers of the school give explanations about the Spanish language on all levels: grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation. Thus everyone can take the chance to learn some of the basic rules of this interesting language – in a modern and entertaining way.

The video tutorials were officially presented at a celebration organized by the school, where the students and teachers enjoyed a great time together.

The highlight was the publication of the first video tutorial on the internet platform YouTube. The next two videos are ready to be released at the end of June and in the middle of July, respectively.
